Molen van West

Molen van West is a characterful event venue in Amsterdam West, situated on the Kostverlorenvaart. The two former timber drying sheds — water and wind — have been thoughtfully restored with attention to detail and sustainability, preserving original materials and historic elements throughout.

The spaces are light, spacious and directly connected to their surroundings. On one side you look out onto the historic timber sawmill from 1631, on the other onto the lively waterway with its constant activity. This combination of tranquillity, history and dynamism makes the venue truly unique.

The sheds are flexible in use and suitable for a wide range of events, from dinners and presentations to drinks receptions and gatherings. A special place where history and contemporary events come together.
